This talk will explain the SIRPA approach to pain recovery which helps empower people to not just manage symptoms, but helps them become completely pain-free. In this talk I intend to provide information about chronic pain and explain what can be done to resolve the cause of not only pain, but also other recurring or chronic physical and mental health symptoms.
After the talk, Robin will then briefly explain the benefits of laughter and lead a little session that will make you laugh- just for the sake of it! It boosts the immune system, reduces stress, relaxes the body and helps us feel more cheerful. So you will hopefully leave the event with a smile on your face and ideas on what your next step is to overcome pain.
