Due to the success of the information and techniques we give our clients to help them understand pain and how to recover from it, we now also provide talks and workshops to groups and businesses. The way we deal with our emotions and stress can manifest itself as physical symptoms, such as back pain, or being prone to colds and migraines. A lot of our clients have often had to take time off work due to pain and other stress induced illnesses. In fact, musculoskeletal problems are the main cause of sickness absence in the UK, followed by minor illnesses, stress and mental health problems.
